30-Day Returns

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return Email us at support@grampsco.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within 1 business day. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.

Exchanges Want a different face? Email us and we'll swap it. Same 30-day window.
