Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 4-7 business days to most US addresses. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday cutoff: Order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that will still ship right away, but we can't guarantee arrival by the 25th.

Where we ship: United States only (all 50 states). We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or outside the US right now.

Lost or delayed packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.

Wrong address: Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll reship once for free. After that, reshipping costs apply.
